Dial House (Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service) – NCCMH (ARCHIVED)

Dial House offers a place of sanctuary for adults experiencing a mental health crisis. It is open between 6.00 p.m. and 2.00 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesdays. A team of crisis workers offers an hour of one-to-one support, but Dial House will support people for as long as they need it. The service supports some visitors over very brief periods and some longer term. Dial House is able to support up to 10 people per night and if the service is full, staff can provide support over the phone via the ‘Connect Helpline’, which is open until 2.00 a.m. every night of the year.

Leeds Survivor Led Crisis Service has a second crisis house: Dial House @ Touchstone, which is open 6.00 p.m. -11.00 p.m. per night for people from black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds who are in crisis. The service offers a range of group work and the Leeds Suicide Bereavement Service, in partnership with Leeds Mind.
